Is it just me watching? HT and still 2-0 up. Let the good times roll. Colback's distribution and the defensive barrier has been the difference. Leeds have allowed Chair so much room.
What a performance and what a job Marti has done to transform us into a competitive team.
True but Leeds just did not turn up tonight as well. It is one thing to dominate a side, but this is QPR who have struggled for goals - getting FOUR! The World has gone mad!!
Nice that Adomah was given a few minutes too in his last season as a player. Wish him well for the future.

kingfisher when we said on the pod that four wins would be needed, I didn’t have this one down as a home banker. But my. Probably our best performance for a couple of years, 4-0 Over Reading in 2022 the last time we've looked that good across the pitch. Big summer ahead though, be interesting to see what they’ve got planned.
We hit Leeds hard from start to finish gave them nothing at all to get at our defence They were almost dumbstruck, was this the same QPR they played earlier this season I also think playing 2 games in 5 days on sky did help as they looked a bit fatigued to me But at least we can relax now and don’t have to look at other results today or next week I had one hell of a night last night after I checked the score after I came out of the stage show I watched with the missus Missus wouldn’t let me get my phone out while it was still on at 10 so as soon as the show ended,I went in the gents cubicle and looked down at my phone and I couldn’t believe what I saw,I came out jumping round singing “we are staying up “while everyone washing their hands and it was the pub afterwards for sure Marti worked a miracle,we were dead and buried when he came in and everyone wrote us off Now we can move on but we need to make sure Marti isn’t snapped up by another club It’s vital we keep him absolutely vital

@jrperry1882you are right to reference the Reading 4-0 in 2022, as I think that was our last high-scoring win. We certainly have done nothing similar this season until now! What we said in the podcast though has come to fruition: it did take more than 50 points and we do survive. Two points about this rollercoaster of a season: this was virtually the same Starting XI that suffered multiple defeats under Ainsworth's managerial stint, and the lack of a prolific goal-scorer was even reflected in us having four different goal-scorers against Leeds. Full credit to Marti Cifuentes and his team for largely resolving the former, and I have faith they are already working on the latter issue. What a season!

The 4 signings bought in made a difference The defence has been immense this season They kept us in so many games and also grabbed some vital goals That result last night and the Leicester one left me speechless We have a habit of playing well against the top and crap against the bottom teams I thought we wouldn’t survive to be honest But I’m glad I was wrong It’s been a season of ups and downs a lot of downs but we got through it and ended up staying up with a good manager to take us into next season hopefully

Absolutely fantastic effort. Marti has worked the miracle we needed. He had to repair the damage that was left after Ainsworth's departure. I'd love to finish above Watford and exorcise that opening day demon.

Glad you are still celebrating! The four late arrivals in January were Hodge, Frey, Andersen & Hayden. Only one started last night, so it was pretty much the same Starting XI that Ainsworth had, but I do think Hayden (and perhaps Hodge) would be great additions to the club too. Frey just has not worked out because of the injuries. I hear that Hayden is willing to take a pay cut and that Colback is keen to carry on too. There must be a good team bonding going on, and the wins cannot harm that!
