Let in 5 goals in 2 games We Scored 2 and 1 of them was a penalty Can’t wait for the season to start now
Stay positive single, I'm sure this is part of Warburtons master plan. It's likely that he got word that Stoke had sent scouts to watch us and he wants to lull them into a false sense of security.

The clubs social media accounts always have to sugar coat everything and say the 'right thing' but it would be quite refreshing to see Warburton come out after that and send a message that it wasn't good enough.
No doubt he'll just be quoting 'its all about fitness' blah blah blah
Several players were poor tonight but some were abysmal and no end of game time will see them improve. Not sure what Warburton sees in either Calamity Kelly or Dominic Ball, they are both accidents waiting to happen. As for Grant Hall he needs to be removed from the team as quickly as possible.
That all started so well, Osayi-Samuel doing very well to win an early penaltyand we were sitting there thinking we were in for an easy night. Moments later, Barbet lets Tshimanga get a free shot away and it's 1-1. After that the defence just seemed to fall apart and was unable to do anything.
BOS and Manning were the only players to cause Boreham Wood any problems, and we were just some good crosses & a good finisher away from being able to score a couple more in that match, and it's understandable that the defence was poor as it's mostly a brand new defence only playing their second game together. Boreham Wood have had a few extra games to settle and play their stuff. Even though they're the bookies favourites to go down from the National League, they should have enough quality to do well (if that's any consolation).
All tonight proves if that we need some actual leaders in that side. We seemed to settle down and be able to play more normally when Leistner came on, and he was unlucky to not score a late equaliser for us too. Scowen also missed an absolute sitter in the second half.
Cameron for me should be signed as he could lead the pack Warburton can only work with what he’s got but some of those poor ones were his players he chose to sign We’ve lost our quality in midfield and it shows It’s squeaky bum time as we’re running out of games before the season starts Kelly is useless,R Kelly would do better than him

I agree about BOS and Manning.
What did you think about Amos because for me I thought he was the most composed player on the pitch and looked our best performer.. Whilst a lot of our team were poor I thought the defence were unsettled by Kelly's goalkeeping and Ball was as poor a midfielder as I have seen.

I've rarely seen a player polarise opinion like Ball last night. Today I've genuinely seen him referred to as a waste of space by some and the best player on the pitch by others!!
