sssSSSH! Somehow we have moved up to 5th, rather than 6th, after all the games have finished... However, our goal difference is dire compared to those around us - so the games must be regarded as 'seats of our pants' stuff!

4 away wins already (we only won 3 away in 17/18 and 5 last season) which is superb
Who would have predicted Luton beating Bristol City 3-0? Or Stoke beating Fulham, or Barnsley drawing with Swansea or Reading beating Preston. Lots of results against the form table.
I've said it before, but we just need to stay consistent and top 6 is very much achievable. This league is the worst I've seen it in the past decade, nobody is THAT good and we certainly look like we could be one of the best 6 teams in the league.
Great result, great team Broke our hoodoo at their place And we also broke a long term curse against Blackburn Apart from West Brom and Leeds The play offs are anybody’s this season even stoke
Eze absolutely tore hull apart today The penalites were a touch of class Worrying because this boy is going to get huge offers in January Raheem Stirling all over again Superb today he really was,the cheek of taraabt at times too Manning finish was class,BOS even doing the ball skills
Our 2nd consecutive win moves us up 4 places to 5th and back into the play off places on 22 points from 12 games.
We have won 6 of our last 8 league games and we haven't drawn in the last 10 league games.
As I mentioned previously we have now already won more away games (4) than we did in the whole season under Holloway 2 seasons ago (3). We are 1 behind last seasons final total of 5.
It was our first win away at Hull since 1991 (League Cup). Our last league game victory away at Hull had been in 1970.
A double from Ebere Eze means we now have 3 players who have scored 6 league goals.
This is by far our best start to a season since our play off winning season 13/14 when after 12 games we had 27 points.
It is the first time Bright Osayi-Samuel has been involved in back to back wins in the past 2 seasons.
Of the active players (ignoring those who have only come on a sub) Toni Leistner is proving to be the absolute key man this season with a phenomenal 78% win record so far from his 9 appearances.
Luke Amos made an appearance after missing the last 4 games whilst Grant Hall has now missed 5 games in a row.
In the fight for the right back slot Angel Rangel increased his win percentage to 63% compared to 38% for Todd Kane. Kane has a 50% defeat rate compared to just 25% for Rangel.
I am not one to make rash statements so I have given it until 1/4 of the way through the season to call one of the members of this site an idiot
And in this case the idiot is
me!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been one of the first to complain at the constant change in managers playing styles and players.
But the appointment of Warberton has been one of the best things to have happened to this club in a long time
His playing style is to keep the ball ( If we have got it they cant score against us) and an attacking passing game
He has brought in lots of players but has had the bottle to pick the young players that were already here over his players
And that has been the success of the team Eze Chair BOS and Manning have played out of there skins this season and long may it continue
One small point that may be considered. Holloway was responsible for bringing the above players to the club or giving them there debut He should get a little recognition for that
I thought that Eze was totally outstanding and he scared the life out of the Hull players all day.
Manning was outstanding and just gets better by the game.
Barbet is too slow and clean sheets will be a rare thing with him in our defence. For me he is as big a liability as Lynch was last season.
Kelly is nowhere near as good a goalkeeper as Lumley. Bowen scored a good first goal and despite thinking Kelly should have saved it I will put it down to a good player scoring a good goal. However, for Hull's 2nd I have no idea what Kelly was doing. He should have stayed on his line and left Leistner to deal with the Hull player.
As highlighted by kensair Warburton has benefited from Holloways signings and players who were at QPR last season.
Kane has done ok when called upon but the players other players signed by Warburton either appear to not be good enough or those that play regularly are our biggest liabilities and have done nothing to improve our team.
After what TF had done to QPR the biggest plaudits should go to Amit Bhatia who is slowly turning our ship away from that iceberg and closer to calmer waters.
