Leeds will again be without Adam Forshaw and Barry Douglas for the clash, with Bielsa also revealing that Patrick Bamford and Gjanni Alioski are also struggling with injuries, as the Whites head coach again does not have the luxury of a fully-fit squad to chose from.
If (notice I said 'if') we lose then apparently we will be on the same points as we were at this time of the season last year! Seems a surprising stat as it feels as if we are doing much better! Must be perception, but I am far happier with the way we are playing this season...
Yes quite incredible but we were on 23 points after 15 games last season, sitting 9th. We had a fantastic October under McClaren to turnaround the poor start and he was manager of the month.
October 2018 saw us play 5 matches, winning 4 and drawing our home game game against Derby whio were the only team to score against us in the month. The 4 games we won were all achieved without conceding a goal against Reading, Ipswich, Sheffeild Wednesday and Aston Villa.
Cameron is out and Barbet must still be injured but no surprise to see Wallace get his debut. I expect us to start 4-4-2 and Manning moved to midfield. However, its quite possible that he could decide to play Wallace in central defence.
Kelly Rangel, Leistner, Hall,Wallace Eze, Ball, Manning, Chair Wells, Hugill
If they do play Manning at the back too and Chair & Eze alongside ball, then it would be indeed a defensive 5-3-2 formation, but I would have thought it will be 4-2-2-2 or 4-2-4. I just hope they have practised in the selected formation and worked on their defensive play. I cannot see this being the match where we keep that elusive 'clean sheet' but you can always hope..... COYRs!
54 mins: Substitution, Queens Park Rangers. Todd Kane replaces Toni Leistner because of an injury.. Guessing it will go Kane Rangel Hall Wallace? Bad news rather than good I feel. Hope the BFG is able to play soon....
