I used to love FA Cup Final day when I was a kid. The whole day's coverage on both BBC1 and ITV focused on anything and everything to do with the match - breakfast with the teams, recapping all the previous rounds on 'The Road to Wembley', wrestling on ITV... I even seem to remember vaguely FA Cup Final 'It's A Knockout'. I was glued to the TV for 8 hours solid. Pies and Bovril at half-time. Changed days.

Now I'll watch it if I can be bothered.
Exactly! I can only blame the FA for being so poor in their judgement and allowing the PL to dictate what happens, which has led to the sorry state that is the FA Cup now...
On another note entirely: Is it just me that thinks it a little coincidental that we are chasing a CB from Oxford and then announce a pre-season friendly against them....?
With all the uncertainty about, how the hell are new season tickets going to be sold and last seasons season tickets half the games didn’t happen either,so disgruntled fans also may decide is it worth renewing as there is no guarantee that all will be back to normal soon

The sale of season tickets will be a huge concern to all clubs. QPR Season tickets for 2020/21 have been on sale since last Christmas and I suspect many fans would have aready renewed pre Covid to take advantage of the cheaper price.
Last season it was just 4 games that were lost to season ticket holders and the club offered all holders 4/23 of their Season Ticket purchase as a pro-rata cash refund. The presumption has to be that the club will offer the same refund policy for 2020/21 to any current or future season ticket holder should the current situation remain.
Friendlies with Wimbledon and Oxford confirmed for the next 2 Saturdays (22nd and 29th)
We start our pre season campaign on saturday.
The club have confirmed that both of these matches can be viewed for £6, which suggests these are our only 2 friendlies before the season gets underway.
