I see that on twitter Lyndon Dykes is getting lots of critiscm and the fans are giving him lots of stick and saying he isn't good enough.
Such criticism is unfair in my opinion because he has never been a prolific goalscorer and fans who expected him to be the next Charlie Austin were dreaming.
Dykes is a target man who will score goals but to expect more than 10 is unfair. Whilst Dykes takes a mean penalty he won't score lots from open play. Big Lyndon does what it says on the tin and if the fans want to blame someone because we don't have a goal scorer then their anger should be directed at those who decide our transfers.

Those are fair comments stoatey because he is most definitely not a 'Charlie Austin' type of player. However, I would say that by now I would have expected more conversions from dead balls and a greater number of assists from him. It may just be that he has been adapting to the Championship and our preferred way of playing, or that he has not been getting the type of service he prefers. Not sure, but either way we have a broad spread of scorers which is a positive.
Nakhi Wells speaking to his home town paper described his goal as 'bittersweet' (although those feelings for his old club should stand alongside his cynical scything down of BOS in the game) and then went to sya:
“It was good to get back to winning ways, which was a very tough fixture for us,” Wells said. QPR played some good football and caused us problems for the whole match, which I predicted. Knowing the manager and the quality of the players that have in and around the place I didn’t expect anything less.”

After Tuesday Nakhi now has 6 goals from his last 5 appearances at the KPH Stadium. I know hindsight is wonderful thing but wasnt he nailed on to score.
