i havent seen any evidence of any effort from Dykes whatsoever

and u cant blame any of it on the men that signed him as the other signings made by the same people are all paying off with exception of Bonne

Kelly didnt do that bad for us when he played and i think when Lumley was out of form Kelly should have been given more chances Kelly has not been a bad keeper for us (yes hes not been a good one either but)

as for Ball hes inconsistant but all in all been a decent signing but i do think Field and Johansen will keep him out the starting xi from now on

Wallace over the past month has proved decent say what you want yes hes injured a lot but take a look at our winner last night it was Wallace that supplied the great work and assist for Charlie

MW showed faith in Dykes and its actually Dykes that has let MW down

Johansen was close to my MOM as well but if u look at the highlights without Diengs decent game QPR would not have been in the position to take the 3 points we did in the end

was a tight call but Dieng got the nod

and back to Conor Washington i actually think QPR should have kept hold of him as i really do think in this team he would have been a good partner for Austin with Washingtons workrate he would have scored more goals than both Bonne and DYkes including his penaltys

Washington was so underrated at QPR he never gave up jos effort was intense but just didnt get that rub of the green think all that read this would agree with me ALL YALL wud swap back Washington for Bonne?

I am assuming QPR bought Dykes because they felt he had the potential so they could develop him into a Championship player. To date, Dykes has failed to deliver and you can be certain he is feeling that failure more than anyone else here! He wanted to come to a bigger club and cement his future, Instead he has tried to hard and then just faltered - both rarely present goals. What is needed now is a time away from the Starting XI where he works on rebuilding his game (perhaps with Ramsay and Austin getting involved), regains his confidence and comes on then for a few games as the 'Supersub' to make an impact.

Just smile and be nice to him kingfisher, it will annoy him even more.
