Note: This is the last round but the final table and probably the announcement of the winner is going to be delayed. Villa host Everton on Thursday 13th May - 4 players made predictions for this match way back in January. And 7 players made predictions for the Man Utd v Liverpool match which was postponed on Sunday.

Here are the matches for week 30 - the final week. Kick-offs are 12.30 so the deadline is earlier than usual at 11am.
