Sheffield Weds pair from last season on verge of joining QPR

I am one of the most critical people when it comes to our board and their waste of club funds and boy have they wasted some of our money.

After the FFP fiasco the board told us that wasting club money was a thing of the past and that we would be more prudent going forward. I have no doubt in believing that the board are now going to be true to their word. That being the case there is absolutely no chance of Warburton signing Windass anytime soon whilst offloading Bonne and Dykes on the cheap.

Windass still hasnt played this season and as previously stated he has only just signed an extension to his contract at Wednesday. Little short of Amit or Les publicly announcing they have made a bid for Windass this ain't happening in January.

Bonne is currently full of confidence and scoring plenty of goals so why would the board offload him for £1m less than they purchased him. It wouldn't make any financial sense.

Both of the Glasgow clubs had their chance to buy Dykes and didn't fancy him. Since joining us he has become an international and I'm sure they would love to sign him for less than £5m but even TF knows that as a regular in the Scotland team the bidding would need to start at £10m.
