Superb support ranger-boy you have my complete admiration. And thanks for sharing your thoughts when you must be so tired!
If Austin does get suspended and Dykes is injured this is a make or break opportunity for Kelman. Could we even see Sinclair Armstrong from the youth setup get an opportunity or at least a chance on the bench?
In respect of the Austin incident it certainly got Warnock incensed.
After the game the referee said from where he was positioned it only looked a clash of heads. I think that Austin was lucky because Grant Hall didn't seem to make much of what happened.
The question I suppose is if the referee sees the incident as a clash of heads and thats what goes in his offical report can it then be changed at a later date. Clearly none of his other officials at the game saw it as a headbut or they surely would have advised him at the time.
The problem in deciding what actually occurred is that if from one angle it looks like a head butt and from another angle just a head clash then I believe they might give Charlie the benifit of the doubt.

I may just be missing something obvious but what is the assistant asking the players to show around the 2 minute mark in the video below? Every player has to lift their shorts? I'm very confused!
Weird to see Assistant Ref checking either boots or shorts!
Watched the full 90 (or should I say 100 mins) and a lot of credit must be given to the Rs for a dogged performance. I was amazed to see Boro time-wasting/frustrating from around 20 mins in, but not surprised the Warlock was not complaining about THAT! Whilst teh team dug in as a unit to deliver a very hard-fought away win, mentions in dispatches must go to Chair (who was everywhere and proved why we play better with him starting); Willock (whose play was a game-changer at times); Ball (who was, if anything, even better in attack than in defence); and De Wijs anchoring the defence. Boro are another side I would hate to support and watch! Only negatives are the red card (silly by Odubajo) and the possible lingering injuries to Dykes, Wallace and Johansen.
