Well I have to question how Gray achieved a '7' rating from WLS. He did enough for a six at best, as he offered precious little threat or pace (and unlike Dykes failed to keep their backs guessing), plus went off 'spent'! I feel all the strikers are in need of an open-play goal to get back into the groove.... Do agree that Field, Dunne & Barbet played well in containing the Birmingham attacks; and agree that Willock & Amos had fine games. Just cannot decide upon the MotM award as I feel it was not so clear cut with Willock...
I thought Gray was "ok". He still spends far too much time gesticulating and moaning about balls that don't come his way or where he wants them. He did work harder than I've seen before though.
Dykes still doesn't look 100% to me. Not quite himself.
