An away point is always good and it's great that we showed some fighting spirit. However, its a game that we should be winning and why does it take us 45 minutes to show that fighting spirit. Going to put it down to the dire conditions.

Mackie starting away from home at a team like Bolton is confusing though.

We never win away anyway so why not go for it with a proper striker like Smith or Washington?

Yes a bit of a puzzle why Mackie was selected rather than Washington. I can only assume that Ollie thought Mackie's disruptive presence up front would unsettle Bolton, but it did not. I was hoping wheeler would get a start instead of Pavel too.... On another note, let's hope Ryan Manning does not have a major injury!

As we have said many times, Mackie is better against teams who will have a lot of the ball and we need to pressurise them.

Against a team like Bolton where we need to impose ourselves and should be looking to win we need to be playing Washington or Smith instead.

The fire half was absolutely abysmal and we came away deservedly behind, and the second half we looked a lot better. Freeman was putting some great crosses in and Sylla was unlucky a few times, but took his goal very well

Acting the role of carer today was NOT fun, as I got absolutely drenched throughout that match, and a further soaking followed during the mad dash to the station..5 hours later I’m finally home. On the plus side, we didn’t lose and that another ground closer to completing the 92 for me

Looking at the table we look comfortable mid table
But we haven't won in a while and it shows the league is tight as we've stayed about the same postion although we seem to keep drawing at the moment
It also hides the fact we're not on form and Ollie has made some strange decisions recently

Well our next 2 games are against the top team and team in 3rd so is it harsh to then judge Holloway on those games?

But then again we aren't beating the teams at the bottom.

I am behind Holloway but there will be plenty after his blood if we lose the next 2 matches despite the quality of opposition.

Having read your comment ranger-boy re the first half I was not looking forward to watching the full 90 minutes video, but I have to say we looked better than I expected in the first half. The goal scored by Pratley was against the run of play and QPR had long spells of dominance. What they did not have was any clinical finishing but that is nothing new! Equally not new was the physical way that Bolton play and I guess that is why Mackie was selected to partner Sylla. Truth is that whoever we have up front looks more likely not to score rather than to score.... Having said all that, any fine football was lost in the rainstorm and full credit to the players and officials with enduring it so well. Same certainly applies to you ranger-boy and whoever you were caring for - real dedication!

I haven’t had the heart to watch it back again, the highlights will be enough for me haha. I was carer for my good friend Gobi, season ticket holder in X block

I think Gobi needs to be pointed in the direct of this site

I’ve told him a few times about this site but he always says he’s too busy to sign up for it as he’s too busy with his badminton and work, it’s any old excuse these days

We were supposed to be joined by rangersgrant23 (remember the guy who posted about 3 times since joining?) but the idiot forgot all about it, overslept and lost out on a lot of money for nothing
