you and i obviously grew up at same time watching the same team and same era
as your team is almost identical to mine
i have to mention i never chose David Seaman as i never actually saw him live play for us so i went with Jan Stejskal who i felt was so underated as at first he struggled with the switch to England but in time for me he became the best keeper i have seen in QPR colours.
so glad to see Fenwick and Barker in someone elses best XI Fenwick was my childhood hero and i just loved Barkers bite and he also knew how to score a goal it surprises me somewhat you saying in a real team you would swap barker for Holloway yes holloway done a job but for me was far too limited as a player but the personality shone through with him i remember him and andy sinton both turning up one afternoon in club shop before kick off and i couldnt believe Holloway was so loud and was such a huge charachter instantly likeable and so different than what i believed he looked like on the pitch i thought he was quiet (how wrong was i)
never saw Clive Allen he just left for Spurs when i started following us and King Kev makes my bench just for being the great big hope and goalscoring phenomenon in the youth team him being a QPr fan also helped but even if his career didnt go how the world expected he will still be a legend in my eyes
i almost had Roy Wegerle in the XI ahead of Charlie Austin but Austin got the nod because in his first spell he was awesome and should have represented England

Smithies was underated massively and he would be my sub keeper if i were to have a 2nd XI i do feel like Kenny was a little overated by many
great teams though guys
im going to name my 2nd XI
