Watford Vs QPR

That was quite a game and not what I expected at all. It was a bit different watching it in the home end among the Watford fans but so glad I was there. I nearly forgot where I was after our brilliant 2nd goal.
Lots of positives across the team. Let’s hope that that is progress rather than a one off performance.

I forgot you came from that neck of the woods singlespeed! I hope you are walking that bit taller today when you are out and about!!

Just in case you are wondering ranger-boy, the Watford commentary said they could hear the 'QPR fans trying to lift there team'. That was after around thirty minutes of clear support from a small area of the stadium - with the rest relatively silent! Well done to all who travelled and sang, I am sure it lifted the players!!
The pic above clears up the offside, but stoatey's hope the ITV4 highlights would clarify their two goals was optimistic as they failed to examine them. For sure it looked like something odd happened to Dickie, but he could just have been muscled off the ball. I think we will have to wait for the QPR highlights and probably the alternate angle shots for proof.... 

Anyway, more of the same against Hull please! 

TBH I’m not convinced that either should have been disallowed. The 1st looks suspicious but inconclusive on the highlights and I was at the other end. I was right behind the 2nd and thought that it was an error by Dickie. The highlights look the same to me. As you say, just hoof it clear.

I looked at the highlights just now and could not see any problem with their second goal - despite viewing it from different camera angles and in slow-motion. As I mentioned earlier, Beale's strategy seemed to be to push Watford out to the wings and then go for the ball-players. It worked for most of the game, and when they did come through the middle we were left exposed as stoatey has highlighted. Having said all that, this was a superb team effort and it will be really difficult to identify the MotM for us! Still buzzing from this performance and win - and I reckon the squad will be too!!

Great game to be at went with the thoughts of a severe beating coming our way (yes we got the 3 points but at the back very very shaky)

dont wanna be negative i know we won but we were very fortunate still dont know why there equalizer at 3-2 didnt count

going forward Chair and Willock immense apart from the goals couldnt get into that final zone

Rob Dickie: 5 Concerned the way he played Saturday that he may have his thoughts elswhere? lets hope not but apart from the golden patch he had at start of last season his decline for me alarming

Kenneth Paal: 7 (best game ive seen him play by far)
Stefan Johansen: 7
Sam Field: 6
Andre Dozzell: 8 (wow just wow almost took my MOTM award i take it all back worked his socks off and some of his passing superb)
Ilias Chair: 8 (again WOW fortunate with goal huffed and puffed at times couldnt quite get there.....but thought Laird sneaked MOTM)
Chris Willock: 8 (willock Chair Laird and Dozzell for me were by far the best players in our side)
Lyndon Dykes: 6 (worked hard but needs a goal)

Sinclair Armstrong: 6 (just a battering ram not sure what he would look at playing the whole 90 done well when he came on without any flashiness)
Albert Adomah: 7 (almost cried when he got the winner as for me it was looking like a Watford win)
