Dear santa I'd like 2 decent defenders A goalscoring striker And a leader on and off the pitch I've left your mince pie and carrot for reindeer usual place If you leave any midfielders I'll tell everyone your not real
If you saw the Fans Forum you'd know how unlikely that is.
We need Caulker off the wage bill and need to hope somebody will pay for our exising strikers before we can get new ones.

True re the existing player wage bill needing to be cut before we get the much needed striker. However, Lualua will surely go back to Brighton in January so that will help! If I was Caulker I would feel very unhappy at getting such a ridiculous wage but not even on the bench, so I would take a voluntary wage cut; but then again I am not Caulker (or any other modern player perhaps)....
One final point on the game: Remember that Villa's team is largely as it was in the PL and its financial value is also reflected in their quality. We all knew it would be tough and they were fast on the break - too fast for Lynch on the turn and Baptiste on the wing. The only players we have like that who play regularly are Scowen & Freeman, who are not strikers.
I think our problem is we've run out of ideas and we are predictable,if you want to break us down just put pace down the wing and I've noticed smith has conceded mostly from shots across him in the penalty area by the post, he doesn't get beaten from distance or outside the box We resort to long ball especially when Matt smith plays Teams are beginning to work us out You may say we beat wolves and sheff united but let's be honest we did ride our luck a bit in both games We haven't got the players to compete top half,we have good players but not game changing players Villa proved what you can do with just that little bit of class but they have better options than us to get players Lose tomorrow then lose to our local rivals Brentford who love beating us home and away every season Then we have another away game,oh I forgot we don't win away from home but we accept it and it's rediculous we get all this 'we've come so far crap from Holloway Be warned lads its going to be very hard to stay up if we carry on having bad runs after playing a couple of good games,do I think we will win tomorrow,no I don't and we won't,be same old story I'm afraid we don't turn up away from home
We won't beat Brentford as we never win live on sky and especially against them If I had hair I'd pull it out right now

I was about to point this out, 2 away games in the next 3. Home game in between becomes important and its on Sky and against Brentford. Gulp.
But you just never know. The problem with QPR under Holloway this time is just when you are certain we'll lose, we win, and when you start getting some confidence in us we lose!
We've had runs of good and poor form in a row. The away form though has been consistently poor, but even that has to change at some point.
The away form has to be sorted Winning on sky against Brentford is never going to happen Why can't sky just let us play this game and put another game on telly instead I've got Ollie a early Xmas present from the bookshop The big book of excuses, been very popular this year
