He was so happy, got that monkey off his back and obviously it was a better atmosphere which helps him enjoy it.
There were so many positives, and we are back in the top 6. And remember we still have Johansen, Chair, Roberts and Amos to come back into the squad. This season is definitely still there for the taking if we can find some consistency.
Critchley had them well drilled and they were doing the basics and fighting to be first to every ball. Committed performances, great to see.
Dykes was terrific, Dunne and JCS both defended well, Laird back to his best, Dozzell was driving forward with the ball... so many excellent performances.
Great stuff.
It was a tremendous team performance today and we seemed to create lots of chances which was really positive. If we could just get a goal scorer to finish some of those chances it would make things so much easier.
Not sure my heart can stand these games where we are a goal up and Dieng is having to make a brilliant late save and then we allow the opposition to have a free shot in the box that flashes just wide.
That win was coming Unexpected against a team we haven’t beaten on their patch since the 80s so I’ve heard, northwest is the stats man That was a up yours to Beale and a look forward to our new manager critchley We beat a good on form team and can’t ask for any more

Anyone seen the interview with Jimmy Dunne on the official website? That man is a natural club captain if ever I saw one.
Really hope he is at the club for a long time, similarly with Sam Field who is going from strength to strength.
Dunne is really having to fight for his place in the team this season, but just like last season when he started the season behind de Wijs, he always ends up playing the vast majority of games.

I missed that video Ghost somehow! Went back and watched it after your comments and that is the Dunne I remember from the kit launch - happy and fun but professional. On top of that we can add a well-balanced view of performances and events. If he is vocal on the pitch (not sure) then I agree he should be the captain!
Dunne looks like a really good character too in the Christmas videos the club have put on YouTube, he is a real asset to the club
The videos are worth watching to see Sinclair Armstrong too - what a funny young man he is!
True, the bauble challenge shows them all at their most competitive - and Sinclair Armstrong is both relaxed and joking with squad members as he muddles along!
