Don’t matter who the manager is That team of players is league one That team of players is league one That team of players is league one Do I need to say it again
On the train and time to reflect on the game and the comments shared by fans. Everyone identified the lack of confidence being shown, resulting in hurried passes without accuracy or thought. Just get the ball away from me! Have to disagree in regard to Kakay. It is no secret I have questioned why he is in a Championship side, but aside from being at fault for the first goal (where he failed to engage with the ball-player), he was MotM. Not just me admitting that - all questioned offered that thought! 😵💫 If he gets that accolade that says a lot about the rest!! As in recent matches, great start, poor middle and dire end... Ainsworth has a mountain to climb!

To add to my comments: again a number of players showed less effort than expected. Paal can probably be excused as he has played a lot of games in a demanding position, and we took on Martin knowing he would move slowly; but Lowe and Tim still look the be going through the motions for much of the time. Sadly, only Amos is available and capable of making a difference.

That's interesting that the fans at the game thought Kakay was MotM because it looked as though he was the issue for all 3 Blackburn goals.
The first goal came from as you said his inability to engage the ball-player.
The second goal came from his half hearted tackle that fell to a Blackburn player (although he wasn't helped by the subsequent statuesque defending that Rob Dickie has become a specialist)
The third goal I thought was the worst, he got drawn into the centre of the box and left Gallagher all by himself to tap in at the right post although he might point out that Dunne or Dickie should have picking him up.
All in all the defending was awful and the hamstring injury to Chair couldn't have come at a worse time.

I agree. I'd question the attitude of several players and in any other team they'd be kicked out of the team and out of the club. I suspect that because the majority of those players are loanees we've probably accepted them on deals that say they play if fit.
Nothing worse than seeing players not appearing to give their best but because they know they'll be getting their Premiership salary whatever the result.
Maybe now we can say Critchley may of been harshly treated a little bit If you ain’t got the right tools you can’t fix it Ainsworth still got the those crappy tools and what can he do Beale was lucky has he had a lot more to play with It just isn’t going to be our season and now chair is out The reality of these dire defeats and slide into the relegation zone comes increasingly more likely now Today only small glimmer was the other results were ok below us I’ve never known such a depressing season,I hate Saturdays now

Yes I was surprised too that all I asked came to the same conclusion. Kakay was out of position a fair bit, but that seemed necessary as the other three had problems, although Dunne was the only other to get a (small) thumbs up. Other comments made were about how well Johansen played in the first half; how ball-players often had no choice but to pass sideways or short into danger; and concern Field's role was not working to his best skillset. I think Ainsworth picked an unchanged side as he did not have enough time to get to know the players properly. Mind you, with Chair injured too it is rapidly becoming a farce!

I'm certain that Critchley was harshly treated and it was confirmed to me when Lee Hoos issued a statement saying "he will go on to be a success elsewhere”.
The board know that they've made some horrendous signings both as managers and players. In previous seasons TF and his mates have got away with things because their smoke and mirrors approach has blindsided the fans by appointing fan favourite Sir Les and promising a new stadium or a new training ground. Sir Les was a great player for us but what had he achieved to become our D of F? Sir Les isn't stupid and even he knew that the only reason he was appointed was to deflect all the flak off TF who was mismanaging the club by appointing several awful mangers, some even worse players and mismanaging our finances.
The trouble for the owners is that the fans are now beginning to realise they're full of bull💩 and as a result this is just more smoke and mirrors. They hope that by appointing Ainsworth it will deflect from their continuing mistakes and they can again hide behind another fan favourite.
I’m pretty certain those poxy owners have got nowhere to hide this season and we are going down to league one They are not going to sack ainsworth if we do go down, they best not do,it’s not the poor guys fault for this mess to start with Critchley wasn’t to blame and they got lucky when a cocky new manager come in at the start of the season that the team justed clicked But that soon started to crumble before he left I don’t want league one football,I also don’t want our current owners running our great football club

I was a bit disappointed he went with largely the same shape with almost all the same players. Yes he's not had a lot of time but what we've been doing in recent months is not working. We've not win for 70+ days. We've not won at home for over 4 months. Big, big, changes are required to the system and personel.
Now it's going to be a test of what I said all week...he has to be brave and a man of word and drop the 5 or 6 who clearly don't give a toss about QPR and those totally out of form.
I'd drop Dieng, Dickie, Ireogbunam and Lowe. I'd even drop Paal and Kakay if we had any alternatives. I would also not use Dozzell for a while and would try any youngster over Adomah. I don't know who replaces that lot but we aren't going to win whilst we keep picking them because they are all out of form, useless or don't care.
As singlespeed said the only positive today is results below us went in our favour because this is rapidly descending into a farce of epic proportions.

Totally agree northwest mate It’s true while we are picking the same players and playing the same systems we are just heading to league one like a lead balloon Pick the B team the under 12s whatever but change it because this current crop of players is not capable of winning a football match right now
