Don’t see Sunderland finishing as high as 5th. Stewart still out injured for a bit with an ACL, Diallo gone back to United as well. Mid-table for them. Also don’t think Norwich will finish that higher either

BTW...NotTheTOP20 did their 1 to 24s today and have QPR rooted to the bottom of the table...I was quite optimistic a few weeks ago but I have completely reversed my position...no way we finish 18th!
And while I'm feeling argumentative...why on earth have we got Birmingham so low and Preston and Hull so high!?
1. Leicester City 2. Middlesbrough 3. Leeds United 4. West Bromwich Albion 5. Coventry City 6. Millwall 7. Bristol City 8. Southampton 9. Norwich City 10. Watford 11. Preston North End 12. Sunderland 13. Ipswich Town 14. Hull City 15. Blackburn Rovers 16. Stoke City 17. Cardiff City 18. Birmingham City 19. Swansea City 20. Queens Park Rangers 21. Huddersfield Town 22. Sheffield Wednesday 23. Rotherham United 24. Plymouth Argyle
Got us staying up purely because Ainsworth will get sacked at some point and I expect a new manager (Darren Moore possibly) to come in and get a bounce
I also think that one Amit’s list (assuming he’s calling the shots now) of replacements for Ainsworth will be Frank Lampard, purely because of Amit’s friendship with Jamie Redknapp.
Leicester City Southampton Leeds Middlesbrough Norwich Coventry Watford Bristol City Blackburn Sunderland Swansea Birmingham Ipswich Hull Millwall Preston Stoke West Brom QPR Plymouth Huddersfield Sheffield Wednesday Rotherham Cardiff
Eustace showed what he could do with a squad that everyone predicted for the drop...this season he has some good transfers in and I think will be a surprise package

Well, let's see how well we did with our 'league table formed by committee'
RESULTS 2023/24:
For reference this is the 5th season we have tried this...
We had 3 teams in the correct position which is our best outcome for 3 seasons (we had none last season and just 1 the year before). We also had a further 8 teams all within 2 places of where they finished
We had our 2nd best ever average, being 4.42 positions out on average - our best remains 4 from 19/20
It is only the 2nd time out of 5 seasons we've managed to predict the champions correctly.
It was our best ever QPR prediction being just 1 position too low
We only got 1 of the relegated sides correct but correctly predicted 5 of the bottom 7
For the 3rd season in a row West Brom were our achilles heel. The last 2 season we had them top and they didn't even make the play offs - this season we had them 13 places below their 5th place finish. We also had Cardiff at the bottom which was 12 places too low!
Our other 'stinkers' were Blackburn and Birmingham 10 places too high and Ipswich ended up 11 places below their automatic promotion spot.
It's certainly interesting reading our comments back on who were thought were certain to do well or struggle! Some were correct, some very wrong!
