Phew! Was starting to wonder, then I read elsewhere that he has been training with the squad and developing his fitness level. It does seem it was all to do with getting him released by Boavista. Looking forward to seeing him at work!
Just seen his 'welcome' video from the club and there is a strong emphasis upon the attacking side of his game. It would be nice to see what his marking and tackling are like too....

Boss Gareth Ainsworth told the club website: “He can play on the right side of midfield, as a wing-back and he can play as a right-sided centre-back, so he is going to add real competition for places which is what we need.
He hasn't played for a while so it may take a bit of time for him to get match fit.
Good to hear that Reggie Cannon played an hour against Bristol City during the international break. We lost the game 1-0 but in addition to Cannon getting some minutes it also allowed us to play two trialists.

It is good news as it confirms Cannon has no legacy injuries and is being moved towards full match fitness. The triallists were Michael Reindorf and Eric Ameyaw both came on as substitutes for Rangers. Midfielder Reindorf, 18, is currently at Norwich City, where his contract expires next summer. Centre-back Ameyaw, 21, is without a club, having been released by Fulham last year. Guessing these are ones for the future?
