It goes to show what can be achieved when even average players buy into what the manager is trying to do, and have belief in him. That's what happened to us also. Congrats to Mass Luongo. Probable back to back promotions. A decent player on his day with us, but never really kicked on I felt.
Yes all of that is true loftussi. Delighted for Massimo of course and, I have to admit, a little surprised that Ipswich have achieved so much in one season. There is indeed hope for the rest of the clubs!
Be interesting to see how they cope in the premier league May surprise a few
Nice to see a relaxed vibe from you guys this time round Only took 45 games till our team gave us the chance to chill Enjoyed the podcasts and the appreciate the time you chaps put in to doing them for us It’s nice to have a build up to a game and let’s hope next season is a much less stressful one than this one has been

Thanks mate - we literally said when we finished recording we were like 2 different people. The stress was gone! So nice. Hopefully next season we can be a lot more positive! 🤞🤞

Yes I think you two are not the only ones who feel different. I think there has been a huge black cloud hanging over us for most of the season, but now that has been lifted and we are just numb..... That said, I want us to win on Saturday and finish on a high! I appreciate Coventry will want to do the same, especially as they are at home, but we have the momentum so let's use it!! btw Amongst the 8 players out of contract for Coventry is Jake Bidwell, now 31-years old, and he will join the others in a farewell tour of the pitch.
Whatever the result today We achieved the most important thing No last day nerves and looking at todays other results Be nice to go out on a win but the team got the job done last week It’s got play out a bore draw written all over it Both sides have nothing to play for
Players like field and dunne deserve a breather This game could of had so much riding on it It simply doesn’t now A good idea to give some other players a run out
You sense there a few players in that line up who have to perform to be involved next season.
True. Cannon, Walsh, and Dixon-B. Then off the bench, Larkeche. I wonder if Adomah will get another farewell appearance to lengthen his record appearances?
Odd vibe around the game... Coventry players all coming out with their children, QPR fans throwing balloons around and hundreds of Cifuentes masks!
I personally think that Coventry line up looks stronger than ours, but as we said we have players who need to perform and stake a claim for a place next season.
