It could have been worse. For a start I expected more. Coventry was midweek anyway. Watford away isn't too far from W12 for the early start. New Years Day is very early but all fixtures on that day are televised.

That is a lot of matches - far more than last season. I appreciate they have a new deal to show more Championship games, but for away fans this will become one more hurdle to overcome - either in getting to 12:30 starts or hoping to get back on public transport successfully from 8pm starts.
