What stood out in this game is that Koki Saito and dembele are going to literally put chances on a plate for our strikers now they need to take those chances like dykes did,we looked a much better side once saito was able to play on both sides of the pitch

I thought it was impressive that Saito saw Dykes calling for the ball and also managed to draw it back to him! If he carries on in the same vein I can see him having the greatest number of assists this season.
Karamoko Dembele: 8 - An excellent debut. Very good on the ball and was a joy to watch at times. Set up Dunne’s goal with a superbly-delivered corner. Looks a good addition to the squad.
Koki Saito: 8 - A magnificent introduction to English football. Direct, quick and blessed with a superb first touch, the Japan Under-23 international was brilliant when he came on for the final 25 minutes. Set up Lyndon Dykes’ equaliser with a superb pass after a driving run.
KADER Dembélé had a debut to remember for QPR as we came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Sheffield United this weekend, and afterwards he admitted: “I enjoyed that!”
The 21-year-old winger joined Rangers on loan from French Ligue 1 side Brest at the start of the week, and he kick-started the recovery when his second-half corner was headed home by Jimmy Dunne. Lyndon Dykes swept home the equaliser on 88 minutes to seal an excellent away point.
Dembélé’s trickery and creativity made him an instant hit with the travelling R’s fans and he admitted afterwards: “I always like getting on the ball. The more I get on the ball, the more I enjoy the game and the more I can influence it as well."

It was a great fightback and a fantastic result. We really need to use that second half performance as a springboard to get our season going. I really want to see us start on the front foot against Plymouth, really go at them early. Hopefully we'll take that confidence and go forward from there. The season starts on Saturday!
