I’m just in a state of total shock, what on Earth was that tonight?? We somehow completely shut out a side who slaughtered the leaders until it was too late to change anything anyway
Every single player was fantastic tonight. Even Smithies who didn’t have much to do at all made a couple of crucial stops! Great to see Ryan and Jake getting on the scoresheet too! And then to top it off with a bit of Freeman magic just completed a perfect night, and seeing the disappointment on Terrys face at FT was the icing on the cake!
Right I would say a bit more on tonight, but instead I’m going to go and pass out

Finally managed to view the full 90+ minutes and what a treat! Those who started showed great teamwork and energy in controlling the game. Villa were outclassed - the same side that beat Wolves 4-1 a few days before! As you might expect, MotM in such games is a hard one to choose but have to highlight:
1. Luongo for great work in midfield 2. Bidwell for great work in defence and along the wings (plus the little matter of his first goal this season) 3. Onuoha, who guided the good ship QPR and himself hardly put a foot wrong 4. Smith for tireless headed flicks/ball-chasing/getting in the face of Chester & Terry
I think Bidwell just edges it to be MotM but what a great team performance!
After so many injury-led months, I almost pity Ollie in trying to choose from: - Smith/Smyth/Eze up front; - Freeman/Scowen/Luongo/Manning/Cousins/Wszolek in the middle; and - Furlong/Onuoha/Lynch/Perch/Bidwell/Baptiste at the back
