On a side note I actually just looked at the goal in the 90 minute highlights and it makes the title fight even more dramatic...

It turns out there were just 3 seconds between Ghost or QPRBex being champion.

As shown below the goal was scored at 29:57.

Ghost went for 16-30, QPRBex 31-45.

If the ball had hit the net just 3 seconds later it would have been the 31st minute and QPRBex winning the league by 6 points.

It makes it even more incredible what Ghost managed to pull off as each category has the finest of margins!

Good point re the defensive marking! Ryan Manning and someone else (probably Chair) are on the goal-line, whilst it looks like Wszolek, Scowen, Bidwell & Cousins are man-marking. That left Furlong the wrong side of the two unmarked Leeds players - a basic error! If Matt Smith was left up the field (I cannot see him) then Eze should have gone into the goal area too. Not sure who is meant to be coaching against corners but this was not what was practiced for sure!

You couldn't write it - unless you were part of the editing team for 'Roy Of The Rovers'!! Just brilliant stuff! The final twist started the week before against Birmingham when Matt Smith scored in the 93rd minute, as I had a 2-1 correct scoreline which would have sealed the championship! And for Roofe to score then along with Preston scoring in the 93rd minute against Burton just goes to show why football is a wonderful game and you can 'never say never'!! I would love to know what the odds would have been for Ghost to put a bet on each of his predictions in an accumulator??!!
