I honestly thought our run would end tonight From where we were, the belief is back and the atmosphere at loftus road is getting better too After that dreadful start and West Brom game we were calling for McClarens head, but our board kept calm and filled the gaps we were weak in 9 points in a week is a tremendous effort from all,as pointed out the team look a really close unit and lynch and liestner have bonded like brothers Shame we are limited in January as this team could do something special this season Considering the lack of goals and possession we have we still manage to win games
Finally home, and that was nerve shredding but thoroughly enjoyable too. This team does look like it could be a special one, but for now let’s just get enough points to confirm staying up and then go from there!
It’s strange, I’m now actually looking forward to going to Blackburn away next week rather than dreading it!

Agree not to get too excited But the warnock side wasn't really that strong in quality We mainly went up due to hard work and determination and look what happened His Cardiff side was exactly the same,we can finish in the play offs if we can keep it up,it's a poor league this season
Smith now on Sky claiming his side were far better than QPR and Pav's goal was lucky.... Then a rant over how Jack Grecian 2000 was targeted without protection from the ref, ignoring the fouls on Eze... The whole interview stank of sour grapes! What has happened to graceful acknowledgement of losing to a better set-up side? Hate that sort of manager!
I thought it was brilliant when late in the game the commentator said that Smith was complaining to the 4th official about the 'Leisureliness of Lumley'. Should be made into a song!
There was a lot of sour grapes in the interviews. We won fair and square, and Eze got just as much stick from their players. Smith is a new manager that is already feeling the pressure. We won, they didn't its as simple as that.
I agree with Single, I am not getting excited yet as we are not even half way through the season and there are so many tough games coming up and a lot to play for, others can strengthen in January where we may need to wheel and deal. We have Furlong coming back in the next few weeks and Hall is now on the bench so we have 2 "new" players.
Lets enjoy right now! Great win, great fans, great club and thanks to Northwest a great MB for us.
I agree let's enjoy it You never know when the next bad run is going to happen It might not,you never know There's not many better in quality teams than villa and we done a job on them, yes rode our luck a bit,but we were due some luck for a change
I love the new mood on the board. What a change in a few weeks. Perhaps we can now see why Steve Mc was brought in. To the surprise of most (including me) he has made a difference- so well done Steve & the team! We all know it’s the hope that kills you. So let’s enjoy it but not get too far ahead of ourselves. As has already been said, if we can’t enjoy this then what’s the point?
Let's enjoy it I was calling the samaritans after the West Brom game I was low at the start of the season and wanted McClaren gone,I really did But I'm eating my words and will bloody enjoy this weekend for sure,we deserve it
