I thought I would open this thread early because I have just realised who the ref will be....
It will be Jeremy Simpson, who amazingly after our last encounter with him in September against Birmingham, is still allowed to be in charge of a game. Last time there were 41 fouls called by Simpson - which works out at one stoppage every 2.2 mins over the full 90. Perhaps I am being rather naive in thinking he would have been downgraded after the match report, but here he is again.. Sadly I have paid to go and attend what is likely to be a 'Whistlefest'. Last season when we played Preston away he also officiated, and sent off Mackie and Baptiste (90+6); booked 4 QPR players at Bristol City; 3 players against Rotherham away. I am sure QPR are already aware that we have players who should be avoiding yellow cards as they are close to suspension, and this referee will test the players' resolve to do just that.
Hull are either playing it canny or have genuine injury problems:
OK, onto the team. Surely must be Cameron still, and we have no injuries reported, so we get to field the preferred 11 it seems. What a contrast to the injury-led changes of last season! It will not be a pushover of course, but I do believe this is one destined to be a win. COYRs!

Hull are either playing it canny or have genuine injury problems:
Captain Markus Henriksen and defenders Eric Lichaj and Reece Burke all suffered minor injuries in Tuesday’s 0-0 draw at home to Norwich City, while Dan Batty is another doubt as he recovers from a calf strain suffered in the 2-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest last weekend.
Adkins will not know until tomorrow if those four players will be fit enough to travel to the capital, adding strain to an already badly depleted squad.
“We’ve got several injuries,” said Adkins. “We picked up three the other night so we’ve got several players who we’ll need to have a conversation about and see what they’re like in training.
