For the 6th straight week no-one got a maximum of 8 points. Is this game actually getting harder?
So top score was shared by 5 players who took 5 points each: LurkR, me, Rosco Bosco, qprallan and SydneyR. In most weeks the top scorers make similar predictions to each other but this week the 5 of us made completely different predictions including, for example, 4 different home winners.
ranger-boy also got 2 correct results but unfortunately for him played his joker on the one he got wrong for a total of 4 points.
This weeks results have made a bit of a difference to both the top and the bottom of the table.
LurkR remains 4 points ahead of me at the top. But the gap from me to MCM Hoop in 3rd has stretched to 10 points. Is the title going to turn into a two horse race or will a couple of big weeks for the chasers turn it all round?
Behind MCM Hoop it's very tight with 3 players on 68 points. ashqpr is 4th on goal difference from Rosco Bosco who jumps from 9th to 5th and northwesthoop who drops to 6th.
Another 2 players, singlespeed and savoyhoop, are 2 points back on 66. kingfisher is one point behind them.
Gaps are starting to open up at the bottom too.
A good week for SydneyR means that he is now 6 points clear of surrey chad who is 18th. QPRSmith is just one point behind surrey chad in 19th.
