Another match, another defeat. A defeat that perhaps surprisingly 5 players (QPRsmith, MaxQPR, minxymartin, CutePR and e17hoop) didn't see coming.
Especially well done though to stoatey, Rosco Bosco and Ghost for getting the 2-0 bang on, great predicting!
Nobody predicted Howson would open the scoring with his first goal of the season.
qprallan, ranger-boy, Rosco Bosco and singlespeed got the very early first goal time
It was a great call from kingfisher getting 2-2 in the bonus match, the only player to do so.
In the final shake up it means the lead has changed in both Divisions!
Rosco Bosco was the top scorer overall with 9 points and he is the new leader of Division 2, turning around a poor Phase 2 which led to a -2 starting score to now top the table. Previous leader MaxQPR drops 5 places to 6th as is was incredibly close in the early stages of Phase 3.
ranger-boy is up 2 places to 2nd and kingfisher rises 4 places to 3rd with his highest score for 12 games with 6 points.
minxymartin somehow clocks his 9th match in a row scoring nil points. I don't know what the odds of that are?! Surely the law of averages mean a player would get a bonus match point or goal time at some point. Luckily at this stage he remains just 6 points from safety.
In Division 1 qprallan is back at the top again having ended Phase 2 at the top of the pile too. His fine overall form continued with a score of 7 to rise from 3rd to 1st. Ghost is also up 2 places to 2nd as he chases back to back titles, he is 3 adrift of qprallan. surrey chad and LurkR each drop 2 places to 3rd and 4th respectively.
singlespeed is up to 6th above MCM Hoop. With the bottom 3 all failing to score (Savoyhoop missed a 3rd consecutive match) and stoatey picking up 6 points it means that despite being on 3 matches into this phase QPRsmith and e17hoop both have a big task ahead already to turn things around.
