Another tricky week to predict but we did have a maximum. Take a bow surrey chad, who correctly predicted Norwich to win, West Brom to lose and Bournemouth to draw. This means that he leapfrogs SydneyR and QPRSmith up to 17th. SydneyR also had a good week with 5 points, leaving QPRSmith bottom of the pile for now.
In fact it was a particularly good performance by surrey chad as West Brom was the only home defeat this week in the ten matches and not an obvious one. The only other person to predict it was minxymartin. Nine of us went for Chelsea to lose to Man City which was surely the obvious prediction, yet it didn't happen (as we were counting the score at 90 minutes).
So while it was all change at the bottom, there was no change at the top. The big headline is that LurkR drew a blank. Amazingly this is only the second time all season, the other time was back in week 7. My 4 points mean that I close within 2 of the lead. It would have been even better for me if Man City had done the decent thing and put another 6 past Chelsea.
The battle for third is as tight as ever. 4 points for northwesthoop meant that he rises from 7th to 3rd, ahead of MCMHoop on goal difference. singlespeed is one point further back and another five players are well within striking distance.
