So in theory it’s a pointless penalty as they will just carry on as normal next season like nothing has happened
From what I’ve seen brum fans are laughing about it and calling it soft punishment
It’s good the FA are doing something about the overspending clubs now,if you can’t afford it don’t buy it or risk buying expensive players as you think you can pay the money when you’ve gone up
