Rowett is out of the running.
We still can't shake the Sherwood rumours but considering his concern seems to be a lack of money why don't we just say thanks but no thanks to him? If he is likely to take us down a spending route again he isn't the man for the job. He clearly wants money to spend before commiting to the job.
