Most fans of my age would find it very difficult to go against players from the early seventies. Unless you had watch them it would be difficult to imagine how good they were.


In today's football Liverpool would be Manchester city and we would be Liverpool.


Liverpool in the early seventies were the best team in the world and we were 1 point away from them.

We had great players all the way through the team and after 45 years they still come out top in most poles. 

Does not surprise me that Clement is still the top right back. although Bardsley would make every team if you excluded players from the early seventies.

Just my opinion and I would not argue with any one who thinks there choice is the best.
