Another win for QPR and a superb call from QPRsmith who called the tricky to predict 3-2 scoreline correctly!
Bowen was the first scorer which was expertly predicted by singlespeed, QPRBex, CutePR, Rosco Bosco and myself. MaxQPR got Eze and minxymartin got Manning as the any time goalscorers for a back up point apiece
kingfisher, myself, MCM Hoop, CutePR and Ghost got the 16-30 first goal time
CutePR was the top scorer with a whopping 13 points - her first double point score since Match 3 of last season! CutePR hadn't scored more than 7 in a match since then but broke that record today and it makes a huge difference, lifting her from 2nd bottom of the 2nd tier all the way up to 5th and just 2 points from the promotion places!
Elsewhere in Division 2 I scored 9 to move up 2 places to 3rd with ashqpr dropping out of the promotion places to 4th on goal difference. There are just 3 points between 5 players from 2nd to 6th in the best promotion race we've ever had! Leader SydneyR only scored a solitary point but still has an 8 point lead.
At the other end qprcammitch drops 2 places into the bottom 3 but as CutePR has shown 1 big score can still make anybody a promotion contender with 3 games to go in Phase 1.
In the top tier the top scorer was QPRBex with 9 points which helps to ease any relegation fears and moves him up from 8th to 6th. It is now surrey chad sitting just outside the drop zone after he forgot to enter. The big score from QPRBex means that the bottom 2 e17hoop and ranger-boy are now 15 and 12 points away from safety which is going to be tough to achieve with just 3 games to go. ranger-boy has scored for 10 games in a row but hasn't scored more than 5 points in a match.
The top 5 all stay as they were but frontrunner LurkR has seen his lead cut to a single point by Ghost. The champions from the last 2 seasons sit 1st and 2nd.
