QPR Prediction League 2019/20 - Match 15 - Results

Phase 1 of the season is now over as we hit the 15 game mark so that of course means we have 3 players relegated from Division 1 and 3 going up to replace them along with all of the bonus and negative points for the next phase being settled...
It is safe to say most saw the QPR defeat coming with only MaxQPR, MCM Hoop, minxymartin and e17hoop failing to predict the Leeds win.
Of those who did go for the Leeds win stoatey, Ghost, SydneyR, ranger-boy and myself all got the 2-0 exact for 6 important points.
Roberts opened the scoring which nobody predicted, after all he hadn't scored for 13 months!
Surprisingly only 2 players - kingfisher and myself - got the 31-45 first goal time
Blackburn beat Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 in the main bonus match which saw LurkR and surrey chad collecting 3 points.
In Division 1 the bottom 3 were all fighting for their lives but none could overhaul the gap to safety so @singlespeed, ranger-boy and e17hoop all drop down to Division 2. ranger-boy has only failed to score once and did well getting 7 this round but hasn't scored big enough to keep up with the relentless pace this season. He has now been relegated or promoted in every phase since it was introduced last season!
singlespeed finished 2nd last season but now finds himself in the 2nd tier whilst e17hoop drops out of the elite club for the first time having been a mainstay in the top division since the start of last season.
Elsewhere in the top tier there was only 1 move in the table with stoatey pipping MCM Hoop to 4th place and an extra bonus point for the start of Phase 2. Somehow MCM Hoop has now finished 5th in 3 of the last 4 phases we've played (6th in the other!). Good but not quite good enough!
Ghost stormed to top spot with a colossal 85 points in this phase so gets the maximum 10 bonus points for the start of Phase 2. Nobody got higher than 72 points in any phase last season even with added bonus points so that is some score!
In Division 2 I was the top scorer overall for the second match in a row with 9 points which seals my promotion alongside Division winner SydneyR and also kingfisher who kept the chasing pack of ashqpr and CutePR at bay!
SydneyR and kingfisher were both relegated after Phase 2 last season so find themselves back in the top flight ready for the same stage this season. I'm heading into Division 1 for the first time since this format was introduced. As a 2 time champion I've been languishing in Division 2 and finally make it up to the promised land!
At the bottom onenightfever overtakes MaxQPR meaning he only gets 2 negative points rather than the -4 MaxQPR will now start the next phase with. minxymartin stays bottom, a long way off the pace and has to start Phase 2 with -6.
QPRsmith forgot to enter which he got away with finishing just above the bottom 3.
We go again starting Phase 2 next week before the international break!
