Win, Lose & Draw - Week 12 - RESULTS

For the 3rd week in a row we had a lot of home wins in our 10 matches. This time it was 6. In spite of that, only 5 players managed to pick one. kensalr, CutePR & QPRsmith picked Cardiff's win over Birmingham, northwesthoop got Derby's win over Middlesbrough and minymartin predicted Reading's win over Millwall. No-one got Sheff Utd's win over Burnley (8 predicted a draw), Blackburn's win over Sheff Wed or Blackpool's win over Peterborough.
There were 3 home losses. 10 of us got Palace's defeat by Leicester: kensalr, LurkR, singlespeed, QPRsmith, MCM Hoop, QPRBex, ashqpr, Rosco Bosco, minymartin & me. No-one picked Brentford's defeat by Huddersfield - in fact 7 of us picked this as our home win. No-one got Charlton's defeat by Preston either.
The only draw was Arsenal v Wolves, brilliantly predicted by SydneyR - and he played his joker on it too.
Top score was 5 points, achieved by 3 players: kensalr, minymartin and QPRsmith.
Surprisingly, none of last week's top 3 scored, allowing kensalr to rise from 5th to 1st and ashqpr to rise from 4th to 2nd (in spite of scoring only 2 points).
The top is now closer than ever with only 2 points separating kensalr at the top from CutePR in 6th.
minymartin and QPRsmith both made up ground this week and are only 4 points off the lead in 7th & 8th.
The was no movement at the bottom of the table with everyone getting a single correct prediction. At the very bottom ranger-boy seems to have given up, having missed 3 weeks in a row. It would be great to have you back ranger-boy - just a couple of decent weeks would move you up the table.
