This was typical Warburton in that he has to tinker with both the team and the tactics. Every week he seems to chop and change the way we set up and rarely wants to play the same team. Tonight he seemed to set up in a 4-1-4-1 formation which only Warburton will know why. In the league we have set up in at least a further 6 different ways.

However, back to the game, the first Sheffeild Wednesday goal was a result of schoolboy defending and poor goalkeeping. Kane turned his back at a Sheffield Wednesday throw in and let his man run into the box and then Lumley decided to dive over the the flick/shot.

After that it was easy for Wednesday because we were never a real threat. I have no idea what Pugh brings to the team and he adds nothing.

Kane and Manning both look ok going forward but defensively they are a liability.

Chair has to become more consistent because he easily drifts out of the game.

Clarke can only get better.

Hugill works hard enough but he needs support and plays better when he is playing alongside Wells.
