So we entered the final match of Phase 2 of the season so let's see who will end up where ahead of the final phase of the season
Nobody went for 1-0 to Bristol City but LurkR, Ghost, singlespeed, surrey chad, MCM Hoop, Rosco Bosco and onenightfever did predict a Bristol City win
Nobody got Diédhiou as the opening scorer but minxymartin, LurkR, Ghost, surrey chad, SydneyR, e17hoop, MCM Hoop, Rosco Bosco, onenightfever and qprallan all got the 16-30 first goal time
Only kingfisher and singlespeed predicted that Birmingham would beat Forest 2-1 in the bonus match, CutePR got a single point.
Overall in a round where big scores were needed to make a difference nobody scored more than 6.
That means that QPRBex, kingfisher and myself all drops down to Division 2 and miss out on a chance to challenge for the title this season. For myself and kingfisher we drop straight back down after promotion earlier this season whilst for QPRBex it is a first ever relegation and will be his first stint outside the top flight.
We will be replaced by e17hoop, singlespeed and ranger-boy who all bounce back to the big time at the first time of asking after relegation in Phase 1. It is the first time the same 3 players have been promoted straight back up in the next phase.
Below them onenightfever managed to escape the negative point zone as he picked up a decent 6 points and QPRsmith forgot to enter once again. minxymartin will start Phase 3 on -4 and qprcammitch, who picked up just 16 points in this phase, will be on -6.
In Division 1 Ghost will start Phase 3 on the biggest 10 point bonus after clinching top spot, just as he did in Phase 1. MCM Hoop kept up the pace and will get 8 bonus points for coming 2nd. surrey chad pipped qprallan to 3rd.
