How is it possible to check whether your dream team has been submitted

As long as you clicked submit at the bottom of the entry form it will have gone through, it should have given you a brief confirmation message on the form but I can't see an issue if you clicked submit.
I'll be checking new entries from the past 24 hours in the morning and will send a private message once confirmed.
As long as you put your username on the form I'll match them up.
It's a manual process to check through entries but usually done within a day.
