With the likely hood of football having ended for this season the following players are all out of contract in June. The club remains in financial difficulties and the big question is whether any of them are worth another 12 months or even longer.
Grant Hall has been a regular this season but he can be injury prone. Hall is 28yo and is currently in his fifth campaign and I suspect that because young Masterson is on the verge of of being a first team regular Hall's future might revolve around whether Tony Leistner (12 months left on his contract) can get a move back to Germany.
Angel Rangel is now 37-years-old and whilst he provides plenty of experience he struggles to play more than 2 games in a week. Rangel has done well but his age and the clubs finances might dictate that his QPR playing career is now over.
Marc Pugh is 33yo tomorrow (02/04/2020) and the club have an option to extend his contract until 2021 which I think they may well implement.
Geoff Cameron will be 35yo when the 2020/21 starts and like Pugh the club have an option to prolong his stay until 2021. Cameron is a bit like Rangel in that he struggles to play more than 2 games a week in the very demanding Championship but it wouldn't be a surprise to see the club take up their option because of his experienced and versatility.
Charlie Rowan has done a reasonable job for the U23's but I don't think he has progressed enough to get anywhere near the first team so I can see him leaving.
Giles Phillips did well at QPR in a few friendlies a couple of years ago but doesn't seemed to have progressed and went on loan to Wycombe at the start of this season and has managed just 11 games. Cant see him getting a new contract.
