"Sign & Snub" Game

Another game I've concocted to give a try....
Sign & Snub
I'll start by listing 3 football players. Let's imagine we are the manager each time and the QPR scout has brought us a list of 3 potential signings.
The next person to post has to sign 1 and snub 1
Basically you choose 1 of those 3 to sign, a player you would have given anything to see play for QPR/loved to see play for QPR.
1 of those players you have to snub - releasing them from the list (let's imagine we release them as a youth player so we never get to see them in hoops).
1 name from the existing list carries over. Along with making the above two choices you add 2 new names ready for the next person.
The players you choose to add can be any footballers from history - from any era, from any club, from any country, active, retired or long since passed away.
So you:
Sign 1 player you would have loved to see at QPR
Snub 1 player you never get to see play for QPR
Add 2 new players to the list with the 1 remaining player on the list so the next poster has 3 names to do the same with
POST YOUR REASONS EACH TIME
