He was good then for sure. Is he a replacement for BOS though as it is accepted that Shodipo will not do? I see that he is billed as a Left Winger even though right-footed. I guess the big question is whether he fits into the way QPR now plays?
I wonder if they see him as more of a replacement for Marc Pugh whose contract is about to run out and at 33yo might not warrant a contract extension.
La Parra being 4 years younger than Pugh might be a better option depending on his wages.
Good point about Mr Pugh! Like so many of the older 'statesmen' we have had in past teams, Pugh displays great anticipation and use of his ability to compensate for his advancing (football) years. He has quietly gone about his business this season and should be proud of how well he has done, but it is probably a good time to consider alternatives.
