Dalling is a promising young player who will benifit from a extending his loan to Cork. Cork play in the Irish Premier League and are not very good but it should extend the youngsters experience.
Dalling is only a few weeks away from his 22nd birthday and needs to start making an impression especially when you compare how far he is behind BOS and Eze who are 22yo and 21yo respectively.
I had no idea he was that age, it does cast doubts over whether he is going to become good enough soon enough.
We have a couple players who are even older and have never been out on loan as far as I'm aware. In fact the Development squad is top heavy with 20yo plus players who should be given a chance or shipped out.
When you see Warburton loaning a 19yo from Spurs it makes a mockery of our so called policy of developing youngsters. Several of our Devolpment team are older than Clarke and most have no league experience whatsoevever.
Charlie Rowan (22) Marco Ramkilde (22) Morgan Bruce deRauce (22) Dylan Duncan (21) Lewis Walker (21) Ben Wells (21) Marvin Brzozowski (21) Themis Kefalas (20) Amit Bandai Mcnulty (20)
Players like Paul Smyth (22) and Giles Phillips (23) are getting some great experience in the play offs with Wycombe and whilst I can understand our support of Wycombe in their promotion quest both should be in the QPR squad ahead of Clarke. Even Nico Hämäläinen (23) must have been worth a go at left back.
If we have players in the Development Squad that are 21 or 22 nd not pushing for a first team place then what are they doing at the club. These guys are young men and need to be playing first team football either with QPR or elsewhere.

That is really eye opening stoatey, great information, thank you.
I know some players can blossom later but I think with the majority they should be showing some potential by the time they are getting into their 20's.
If the players you have listed are our future I am gravely concerned.
We can only hope the next batch of players who are currently 16-18 have some stars amongst them.

The club has one big positive in that Chris Ramsey knows the development squad well, trains with the First Team on match days and was their manager; so he knows what is needed and what it takes to fill a slot. Having said that, stoatey has highlighted how many are of an age where they should have 'sined' or moved on....

Was somebody at the club listening or was it just coincidence because the club have just confirmed on their official website that Giles Phillips (23), Lewis Walker (21) and Charlie Rowan (22) will be leaving the club at the end of this month.
