Win, Lose & Draw - Week 6 - RESULTS

Week 6 proved to be a tricky one.
There were 2 home wins in our 10 matches (Stoke v Brentford and Lincoln v Ipswich) but no-one predicted either. Most people predicted either Wolves v Newcastle (thwarted by a late equaliser) or Sheff Wed v Luton.
There was more joy with home defeats. 6 got Fulham's loss to Palace (kensalr, northwesthoop, Rosco Bosco, SydneyR, ranger-boy and me) and 5 got Coventry's loss to Blackburn (LurkR, stoatey, kingfisher, jalfrezi and woodork). minxymartin and jimjams got Huddersfield's loss to Preston.
There was also some success in predicting the draws. Man Utd v Chelsea was correctly predicted by kensalr, qprallan, stoatey, jortja and ranger-boy. LurkR, MCM Hoop, jalfrezi and I got Cardiff v Middlesbrough. ashqpr and CutePR are the 2 that would have cheered Newcastle's late equaliser at Wolves.
Top scorer this week was ranger-boy with 5 points. 5 other players also got 2 correct predictions but all played their jokers on the wrong match. So only 4 points for stoatey, LurkR, jalfrezi, kensalr and me.
northwesthoop hangs onto top spot but his lead is reduced from 4 points to 3.
stoatey jumps from 4th to 2nd with his 3rd 4-point haul in a row. If only he'd played his joker on the right matches he'd be level on points with northwesthoop.
jimjams and qprallan each drop 1 place to 3rd and 4th.
After that it's very tight, with 4 players on 19 points and 3 on 18. In fact 5th and 18th are only separated by 6 points.
