Will close before start of the season as from next season I think it only applies to premier clubs They can sell but not buy till our window closes I don't get if they can sell then no other premier league club can buy of each other Bloody confusing

I think same will eventually apply to football league I think basics is the Thursday before season starts you can't buy no more players So how are you supposed to sell if it applies to all clubs after that date when that happens
I mentioned this in another thread weeks ago. That the window should close before season starts. They should also scrap January window. Sooner the EFL follow the better.
Completely agree with the decision but it only works if everybody has the window close at the same time, otherwise it gets confusing.
With the football league season starting a week earlier every season the best we can hope for is it closing at the end of the first week of the season.

An update today is that next season the window will close for both permanent and loan deals at the same time for Championship clubs.
Obviously last year permanent deals had to be done before the season but we could still loan until the end of the month. Now that only applies to Leagues 1&2.

That will make it difficult for clubs that get star players poached at the end of the window!
We haven't spent a £1m plus for a player since the 2016/17 season and when you see the players that TF and Sir Les let the likes of JFH and Chris Ramsey sign its probably understandable,
I don't want to make us anymore despondent but in the Redknapp years they sanctioned the signings of, Caulker 8m Fer 8m Mutch 6m Sandro 6m
Is it any wonder we now have to deal in the bargain basement with these two running the show, they fail with their manager choices and they then sanction the purchase of some of the worst players to wear the QPR shirt. All these players have now left the club and just to show what brilliant businessmen TF and Sir Les are, only 2 of those players were sold for a profit (Smithies 1.11m and Chery 0.2m).
I am not sure how much influence Les had over these signings? I think most of them were requested / done by the various managers and TF. With Les, Lee and Ahmit in charge we are being far more practicable about things which should pay dividends in the next year or so.

I think you are right about Sir Les having little influence and it begs the question about what he actually does. Amit and Sir Les were both on the board when the money was being wasted so have to take some of the blame but there is no doubt that TF is the reason the cupboard is now bare.
