In our final match of 2020 QPR managed to get a draw against league leaders Norwich which was a surprise to almost everybody. Everybody apart from woodork who went for the 1-1 exact, which after 2 points in the last 8 games was much needed!
What wasn't a surprise was Pukki opening the scoring, which everybody had apart from minxymartin, qprallan and ranger-boy who all threw away arguably the easiest 6 points of the season. woodork was the last player without a correct scorer but after 22 games has now put that right!
Nobody got the 61-75 first goal time but Rosco Bosco, SydneyR, MCM Hoop, onenightfever, minxymartin and I got Barnsley's 2-1 away with at Rotherham exact
So the top scorer was woodork who hits double figures for the first time since joining the game at the start of season with a great 12 points. He remains 17 points from avoiding negative points in Phase 3 but there is a glimmer of hope!
At the top of Division 2 onenightfever moves top, 2 clear of MaxQPR, but with everybody getting between 6 and 9 in the second tier it was largely status quo.
In Division 1 it was a costly round for ranger-boy and qprallan who failed to score whilst everybody around them got between 6 and 9. ranger-boy was only 2 points off the top but that is now 11 points as he drops to 5th. MCM Hoop's lead at the top has extended slightly to 3 points. Ghost and CutePR remain in the medal places.
At the other end qprallan is now only 6 points clear of the bottom 3, dropping 2 places to 8th, below LurkR and ashqpr. qprallan was 3rd after Match 19 but has only scored 5 points in 3 games since to tumble down the table.
We play again on Saturday (2nd) and then next weekend (9th) it is the 1st round of our FA Cup competition with 10 bonus points on offer.
