A rather sobering defeat for QPR and what a call from ashqpr who predicted 3-1 to Barnsley for a superb 6 points! I have to say that is one of the predictions of the season considering we hadn't conceded 3 at home this season and had won the last 3 at home! Ghost, jalfrezi, Rosco Bosco, MaxQPR, ranger-boy and onenightfever also saw a defeat coming.
Nobody had Dike as first scorer but onenightfever had Mowatt for a back up point and MCM Hoop, kingfisher, minxymartin, QPRBex, e17hoop, SydneyR, CutePR and myself all had Austin for 1 point too.
kingfisher, LurkR, SydneyR, ranger-boy, jalfrezi, woodork, surrey chad and Ghost got the 16-30 first goal time
qprallan, Ghost and CutePR had Norwich to win 1-0 for the full 3 bonus points
The top scorer was Ghost with 9 points and that moves him up into his regular position in the top 3, now sitting 2nd behind CutePR who does just enough to stay top!
qprallan is the early struggler down on 7 points with LurkR and ranger-boy making up the bottom 3 with a high standard already in this Phase in the top tier. We have 3 players on 15 points and one of them is MCM Hoop who drops 4 places to 7th and out of the top 3 for only the second time in the last 26 matches!
In Division 2 jalfrezi rises to the top with a second consecutive score of 7 to make a solid start to the final phase. It is the first time jalfrezi has ever been top in his debut season. He is ahead of surrey chad on goal difference. There are only 3 points between the top 6!
We play again on Saturday and then in MIDWEEK AGAIN NEXT WEEK
