QPR: Dieng 6; Dickie 5, De Wijs 7 (Cameron 49, 6), Barbet 6; Kakay 6, Field 7, Johansen 7, Chair 7 (Ball 65, 7 (Kane 90+1, -)), Wallace 7; Dykes 7, Austin 6 (Willock 65, 7)
Subs not used: Lumley, Bonne, Thomas, Hämäläinen
Dieng 6 not his best game and his worse mistake in a QPR shirt everyone has these mistakes but thought young Senny was immune to them in shock to see it.
Dickie 5 looked a bit error prone to me not his usual confident passing tired? Possibly
De Wijs 7 dominant we looked less of a team when he went off injured hopefully not too bad an injury
Barbet 6 back to his usual expected display gave the ball away a few times not as accomplished as recent performances
Kakay 6 Todd Kane says hes a better player than Osman and I have to agree but young Todd needs to realise it’s a squad game now and Todd looked tired recent Osman did nothing wrong but nothing great either
Wallace 8 Been playing well for a few weeks now, and this was the best so far with a lovely assist to crown the performance. Not far off setting up a late winner for Johansen too. It’s obviously sparked a lot of wondering where on earth this much maligned squad member has been hiding this sort of form for the last 18 months, but if you think about it this is really the first time since he moved here from Scotland that he’s been able to stay injury free and have a run of games in the team. Up to the start of February he’d only made nine appearances, and none at all through December and January; since Watford on February 1 he’s played in 11 of the 12 matches we’ve had.
Field 7 after the last showing from young Samuel was glad to see hes still solid and thats what this performnce was solid works really well with the skipper of Norway if he changed his name to Sammi Fieldsen he might even get a Norweigian cap too one day
Johansen 7 Just a great footballer IMO hardly puts a foot wrong hes one of those players not quite good enough for premier league but too good for championship dont wanna upset you charlie fans but for me our best signing of season even surpassing Dickie now we need to sign him up and now before a so called bigger team in championship with more of a shout going up than us get in before us.
Chair 7 usual busy self great passer and just hard for defenders to tackle must be a massive headache for MW how to get this guy and Willock in same team (theres got to be a way) i think putting Illias and Willock up top in a 3 alongside Charlie or Lyndon could work a treat.
Dykes 7 he scores im jumping around the gaff thinking hallelujah the mrs is looking at me like ive just won the lottery (glad she didnt see me running round the house with my tiger roll win 25 quid on him at Cheltenham the other day then i prolly wouldnt be here writing this poor report i would prolly be in Springfield nuthouse) anyway back to my report ....he worked his nut off again the past 2 games he looks a different player and hope this form keeps up he was a man mountain against the wall and same again against this mob 2 games in row hes been more effective than Sir Charlie "stone cold" Austin
Austin 6 dont know how many times i can say MW Charlie needs a rest yes hes getting one because of international break but come on now me personally i wudda rested Charlie for this game and had a look at Lyndon the focal point with WIllock and Chair helping him out in attack then when we aint got the ball dropping back into a 5 in midfield
subs
cameron 6 did ok when he came on but was a demotion from the dutchman
Ball 7 did very well when he came on but i wouldnt have put him on in place of chair)
Willock 7 did great when he came on but i was disapointed to see chair off at the time had MW kept Chair on as well as play Willock think we wudda got 3 points and won by more than a goal as well Reading woudnt have known how to handle them
Kane 0 wasnt on long enough and seeing comments by him about how great he is really hasnt made me warm to the fella yes hes better than Kakay but act more proffessional lets hope he can learn from this lesson and keep his mouth firmly closed because in my opinion we do have a very good wing back in this boy
