From one extreme to the other. Last week we scored 10 points between us. This week 84.
The most popular prediction was Man City's win over Spurs, correctly predicted by 13 of us. CutePR got Blackburn's win over Huddersfield. No-one predicted the rare win for Sheff Utd.
West Ham's defeat by Chelsea was predicted by ashqpr, kingfisher, CutePR and jalfrezi. Bristol City's defeat by Luton was predicted by MCM Hoop, qprallan, ranger-boy and me. QPRBex got Derby's defeat by Birmingham. No-one got Coventry's defeat by Preston.
7 correctly predicted Forest's draw with Stoke. northwesthoop & CutePR got Reading's draw with Swansea. qprallan got Leeds draw with Man Utd.
No fewer than 4 players got the maximum 8 points. Well done to ashqpr, MCM Hoop, CutePR and kingfisher. And 7 players got 5 points each.
All of which leaves things nicely poised with 2 rounds to go.
Rosco Bosco hangs onto top spot but only by goal difference from northwesthoop.
Just 2 points back we have ashqpr and jimjams. ashqpr has a game in hand as we're still waiting for the Villa v Everton match to be rearranged from January. An Everton win would take ashqpr top.
Jalfrezi is 5th only 3 points behind the leaders.
SydneyR, LurkR, qprallan and MCM Hoop also have an outside chance.
kensalr in 10th is probably too far back to win the competition with 10 points to make up.
kingfisher's and CutePR's big scores give them a bit a breathing space at the bottom. This leaves ranger-boy 5 points adrift of jortja, with kingfisher, CutePR and QPRBex just ahead of that.
