Dream R's 2020/21 : Final Update

The season is over and it is time for the final results from the 4th season of Dream R's!
We've had 9 matches in April and May to conclude the season
kensalr has been top since December and he never looked like relinquishing that position. But not only did "Kensal Hoops" stay top it was an absolute romp to the title in the end, finishing 184 points clear! Congratulations kensalr who adds the Dream R's title to his Win, Lose & Draw title from last season!
stoatey has been 2nd since December too but that was a lot more dramatic as he held on in the end from the charging Ghost by just 0.4 points! That battle literally came down to the fact stoatey had Geoff Cameron as captain for his "Piston Broke" side, who came on for the final 5 minutes on the final day. Without that boost of points and the 10% extra Ghost - champion 3 years ago - would have taken 2nd place with "The Dribblers"
The rest of the top 10 were the same players as the last update but MCM Hoop dropped to 10th behind CutePR and hollowayranger
At the bottom ashqpr was bottom in the first update with his side "Ash's understudies" and despite a brief respite in November and December he has been bottom ever since and actually ends up over 200 points behind the pack.
chache1 who was reigning champion becomes the first former winner to pick up a wooden spoon , with "Chache XI" finishing 2nd from bottom. Our other former champion who struggled all season qpralison did escape the bottom 3 at the death though, moving 2 places clear and it is rockinqprpaul who slides down to collect a wooden spoon place.
As for the QPR players themselves....
Seny Dieng had been at the top of the scoring charts in recent months but he actually drops to 4th place overall. Yoann Barbet ended the season as the top scoring player on 397 points. Eze was top last season on 425.
Rob Dickie was 2nd, Ilias Chair 3rd and then Dieng and Dykes rounded out the top 5; all were separated by just 20 points

All that is left to say is thank you to everybody who took part. It was a strange season with the game starting in October but it means a lot that you all took the time to enter. There will be announcement on the future of Dream R's Fantasy Football shortly.
