As I said elsewhere I sense the club intend on keeping Dieng otherwise they would probably have tried a bit harder to keep Lumley. They will of course know whether there has been any enquires about Dieng or not.
And to be honest we shouldn't fear him leaving. As LurkR said getting more than £6 million is historically unlikely, and as MangoOfQPR said we shouldn't fear selling because that is the template the club wants to work to and in recent years even after selling our best players we've kept improving anyway.

Lumley proved that he was not as confident with the ball at his feet, and I suspect there are net-fulls of goalies now realising they have to adapt to their team's new playing style. Becoming a pivot member of the defence as it moves the ball around does take skill and confidence! If you ever end up between the sticks in any level of the game you will find that it is difficult to move the ball around if the opposition adopts a high press and is willing to chase the ball..
